¡Excelente post! Todo lo que comentas es cierto, muchas veces por estar aún en edades jóvenes no tomamos en cuenta nuestra salud, o en este caso, nuestro cuidado de la piel. Este año yo decidí hacer cambios en mi vida porque llegué a un punto en el que no me sentía bien conmigo misma. Ahora tengo una rutina de skincare un poco más precisa, mi alimentación trato de cuidarla mucho (aunque claro, a veces soy un poco débil y caigo en tentación), y también he tratado de encontrar formas de bajar mis niveles de estrés, pero en ese punto aún me falta mucho. Sí que he visto cambios, así que estoy motivada a mejorar un poco más cada vez.
