Hi guys! I’m back with a health post, so you remember my #healthgoals post from a couple months ago, and the post that followed where I told you about the benefits of working out and my progress in my pole fitness.

Now it’s been 4 months, and I want to share with you my progress.

¡Hola! Estoy de vuelta con un post de salud, probablemente recuerdas mi post de #healthgoals de hace unos meses, y el post siguiente sobre los beneficios de hacer ejercicio y mi progreso en mis clases de pole fitness.

Han pasado 4 meses, y aquí mi progreso.

  • I feel stronger.
  • I’ve become more flexible.
  • I feel my arms, legs, butt and abs more toned, lean and strong.
  • I’ve gained muscle weight.
  • Me siento más fuerte.
  • Me he vuelto más flexible.
  • Siento mis brazos, piernas, trasero y abdomen más tonificados, marcados y fuertes.
  • He ganado peso en músculo.

  1. Ahhh i have heard amaaaazing things about pole classes and how they whip you into shape! Curious – how often do you do that kind of workout? –jess

    1. It really is wonderful Jess, I take two sessions per week, and I’m already seeing results, I really recommend it 🙂 let me know if you decide to try it out!
