MFW SS18 FAVORITES

To me Milan Fashion Week has always been about opulence, it’s always paid homage to the belief that more is more, and that there’s nothing as too much for italian fashion, it’s also about elegance and italian traditional techniques some of them are ancient, it’s about a good shoe, it’s about enjoying life like italians do. This season it didn’t disappoint, as always, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Versace made sure of keeping the more is more leit motif alive, and even if I’m not a huge fan of it I can appreciate the beauty of their collections and the hard work they put into the 100 or so looks in each one, here are some of my favorite looks of the week.

Para mi, la Semana de la Moda de Milán siempre ha representado la opulencia, siempre ha homenajeado la creencia de que más es más, y que no hay tal cosa como demasiado para la moda italiana, es también sobre la elegancia y tradicion italianas, es sobre los buenos zapatos y disfrutar la vida como lo hacen los italianos. Ésta temporada no decepcionó, como siempre Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana y Versace se aseguraron de mantener el leit motif del más es más vivo,y aunque no soy muy fan de este puedo apreciar la belleza en sus colecciones y el arduo trabajo de los 100 looks (más o menos) de cada una, aquí algunos de mis looks favoritos de la semana.
