Somebody said that puffers were out, and before you could say anything else, they were all over the runways, so that’s why I’m glad I kept mine — not that I was getting rid of it, it’s far too cozy and warm — another thing that makes me glad is that the weather in my city is crazy enough for me to wear a puffer over a vest over a skirt over a dress, and keep my right to bare legs until mid November without freezing to death, so yeah, there you go.

Alguien dijo que las chaquetas puffers estaban out, y antes de que alguien más pudiera decir algo, estaban en todas las pasarelas, así que me dio gusto conservar la mía — no que me fuera a deshacer de ella, es demasiado calentita — algo que me da gusto también es que el clima en mi ciudad sea lo suficientemente loco como para que pueda usar una puffer sobre un chaleco sobre una falda sobre un vestido, pudiendo enseñar pierna a mediados de Noviembre sin el riesgo de congelarme.

It was my dad who took these pictures, I think this was one of the funniest and most awkward shoots I’ve had for the blog, at one point I was just standing there saying “I don’t know what to do” and he half yelling back “me either!” I swear he’s got no idea of how to do this, but the fact that he still helps me and is willing to do it means a lot.

Mi papá tomó estas fotos, creo que ha sido una de las sesiones más raras y graciosas para el blog, en un momento yo estaba diciendo “¡No sé! ¿Qué hago?” y él me respondió “¡Yo menos!” porque no tiene ni idea de cómo tomar las fotos, pero el hecho de que aún así me ayude y esté dispuesto significa mucho.
