The key piece of the season:
Seriously guys I’m so obsessed with suits this season, and I think I just found my favorite one, this pink one from Bershka, I kind of want to wear this all the time 🙂 can you blame me?
De verdad que estoy obsesionada con los trajes ésta temporada, y creo que encontré mi favorito, éste rosa de Bershka, lo quiero usar toooodo el tiempo 🙂 ¿me culpan?
How about we all stop pretending? I’m a sucker for athleisure and we all know it here, it’s comfy and yet edgy, so of course I wasn’t gonna drop it for winter you know? As I told you on my last post, this was a cold couple of days, and tbh I was freezing as we shot these, as we shot them at a Town Center near my place that has awful wind currents and I got caught between them.
As I’m typing this, my heart is happy, I can tell you that (today) yesterday, was a good day, I had lunch with bae, something that we rarely get to do as his work schedule changes a lot all the time, I finished wrapping my presents, I took an out of schedule pole fitness session and I had a great time laughing with my classmates, and then I put up our Christmas tree while listening to Christmas songs (Christmas Pop on Spotify is awesome!) and then I had dinner with mom, so all in all, I call this a good day, how’s your week going so far? And tell me, are you a Christmas lover, the Grinch or just somewhere in between?
¿Les late si dejamos de fingir? Adoro la tendencia del athleisure y creo que todos lo sabemos, es cómoda y edgy a la vez, así que obviamente no la iba a abandonar éste invierno. Como les conté en mi último post hemos tenido unos días bastante fríos aquí, y si les digo la verdad, me estaba congelando mientras tomamos éstas fotos, ya que fueron en una plaza cerca de casa que hace mucha corriente de aire.
Mientras escribo ésto, les cuento que mi corazón está feliz, puedo decirles que (hoy) ayer, fue un buen día, comí con bae, algo que rara vez sucede entre semana porque le cambian cañón sus horarios de trabajo, terminé de envolver mis regalos de Navidad, tomé una clase de pole fitness de imprevisto y me reí mucho con mis compañeras y luego puse nuestro árbol de Navidad escuchando villancicos (Christmas Pop en Spotify está buenísima) y luego cené con mi mami, así que la verdad fue un buen día, ¿cómo va su semana? y cuéntenme ¿aman la Navidad, son el Grinch o están en un punto intermedio?

We found it, yup, yup, yup, the piece I’ll be living in all season long, this amazing gray cardigan I got at H&M during my trip to NYC, it’s so soft, warm and cuddly that I don’t want to take it off, sorry, not sorry, so, have you found that piece yet? Which is it for you?
La encontramos, sí, sí, sí, la pieza en la que quiero vivir todo el resto de la temporada, éste increíble cárdigan gris que compré en H&M durante mi viaje a NY, es tan suave, calentito y cómodo que no me lo quiero quitar, lo siento, no lo siento, y ustedes, ¿ya encontraron su prenda de la temporada? ¿cuál es?
So, how was the weekend? I hope you guys had time to rest, have fun and enjoy yourselves overall, so as you know, bae and I were in DC a couple of weeks ago, it’d been a while since I last was there, but it still felt like home and I was glad to see I was still good at navigating the city, bae and I did all the touristy stuff, you know the drill, the monuments, White House, Smithsonian and so on.
¿Qué tal el finde? Espero que pudieran descansar, divertirse y disfrutar, como saben, bae y yo estuvimos en DC hace unas semanas, hacía tiempo que no iba, y aún se sentía como estar en casa, me dio gusto ver que aún puedo moverme como siempre por la ciudad, bae y yo hicimos todas las cosas turísticas, ya saben, los monumentos, la casa blanca, el Smithsonian y así.
Hi guys! I’m back from my vacation, as you know bae and I spent a couple of days in New York and then we went down to DC, so today I want to share my first outfit I wore while I was there, I will later on post my travel journal and travel guide, so I don’t want to spoil that for you, but just know that these pictures were taken at Battery Park, Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO, I’d never been in NYC in September before and I was gladly surprised by the weather, without a doubt it’s one of the best times of the year to walk around the city!

Estoy de regreso después de mis vacaciones, y como saben, bae y yo pasamos unos días en Nueva York y luego fuimos a DC, hoy les comparto mi primer outfit del viaje, más adelantes les compartiré mi guía y diario de viaje, pero ahorita no quiero spoilearles eso, pero les cuento que éstas fotos fueron tomadas en Battery Park, el Puente de Brooklyn y DUMBO, nunca había ido a NY en Septiembre, y déjenme decirles que amé el clima en ésta época del año, fue perfcto para caminar por la ciudad.
Hello there! I hope you all have a great week! Are you all ready to see the eclypse? I know I am! Okay, so let me tell you, I got this Yankees Cap about 5 years ago on my second trip to NYC, and to be honest I have barely used it ever since, perhaps about 3 or 4 times at most, and I cannot tell you enough how much of a mistake that’s been, I loved wearing it over the weekend, and I think I have a couple more outfits in mind with it, but we’ll see, one of the beauties of any type of hat, is that they have the super power to hide a bad hair day lol. What’s your favorite type of hat? Any tips for bad hair days?

Yo ya mega emocionada con eso y super lista, hasta conseguí uno de esos vidrios especiales, si lo van a ver porfa háganlo con muuuucho cuidado, no quiero que se me vayan a lastimar los ojos. Oigan déjenme les cuento que compré ésta gorra de los Yankees hace como cinco años en mi segundo viaje a NY, y la verdad es que casi no la he usado, quizá tres o cuatro veces como mucho y la verdad es que ha sido un gran error, me encantó usarla el finde, quizá la pueda usar un poco más antes de que acabe el calor, una de las bellezas de cualquier tipo de sombrero o gorro es su super poder de esconder un bad hair day. ¿Cuál es tu tipo favorito de sombrero? ¿tienes algún tip para los bad hair days?
