I’m back with another outfit post, this time I’m wearing this amazing embroidered H&M maxi dress that I got on sale, I paid close to $20 for it on sale and after seeing the fabric I think it was quite a steal, I’ve always loved maxi dresses and maxi skirts I think they’re super cool and comfy! This one is not only a maxi it is an oversized maxi which makes it 10 times more comfy!

Estoy de vuelta con una entrada de outfit, esta vez estoy usando este increíble vestido bordado de H&M que compré ahora en las rebajas, me costó $400 MXN y después de ver la tela creo que fue una ganga, siempre me han gustado los maxi vestidos y faldas me parecen geniales y super cómodos, este no es solo maxi sino que también es oversized lo cual lo vuelve 10 veces más cómodo.
As you can see I’ve gone back to blond hair, after almost two years I decided I’d go back to lighter locks, why is that? Well, it might sound silly but I feel like I’m more of a blonde than a brunette, I like myself better with lighter hair, I feel it suits my style better, does that make sense? Hi guys! I think I’m back on a roll on this blogging thing, the past year was a tough one and blogging seemed like a titanic job to me and even if I tried to keep posting there were lots of days where I just didn’t feel like it and instead of just letting it go I pressured myself and that only made me feel worse, now I’m not gonna lie, that really affected my traffic into the blog and it kinda bums me out, because I’ve put so much effort and work and love into this blog.
Now I’m trying to not be so hard on myself because at the time it was the best thing to do for my health, now that I’m back I’m trying not to put so much pressure on myself about posting daily like I did for the first year and a half of my blog, I’m slowly easing back into this blogging thing and I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to posting daily in here, but just know that every post this blog has is made from the heart with lots of love.
Things have slowed down for me collaboration wise, but I’m trying to be chill about it, I’m still going to Fashion Week this season and I’m thrilled about that! I’ve stopped working with a lot of brands I was, but I’m now working with local brands and that excites me a lot as well, the dress on this post is actually from a collab with a local boutique, it is so my style, lately I’m more into neutrals rather than black and blue like I used to be, and as you can tell, I’m going blonde again! I just felt like I am more of a blonde rather than a brunette.

¡Hola! Creo que estoy volviendo al ritmo de esto de tener un blog, el pasado año fue uno difícil y bloguear me parecía una tarea titánica y aunque traté de seguir publicando entradas había días donde en verdad no podía hacerlo y en vez de dejarlo pasar me presionaba y la verdad eso sólo me hacía sentir peor, no voy a mentir, eso en verdad afectó mi tráfico al blog y medio me apachurra porque le he puesto tanto esfuerzo trabajo y amor a este blog.
Ahora estoy intentando no ser tan dura conmigo porque en ese momento era lo mejor para mi salud, ahora que estoy de vuelta intento no presionarme para publicar diario como lo hice durante el primer año y medio del blog, estoy volviendo poco a poco a esto de bloguear y no sé si en algún momento volveré a publicar a diario, pero quiero que sepan que cada entrada en este blog viene con mucho amor directo de mi corazón.
Las cosas se han calmado en relación a las colaboraciones que hacía con marcas, pero intento mantenerme tranquila al respecto, ¡aún iré a Fashion Week esta temporada y estoy encantada con la idea! He dejado de trabajar con muchas marcas que estaba trabajando, pero ahora estoy empezando a trabajar con marcas locales y eso me emociona mucho también, el vestido de esta entrada es de una boutique local y es muy mi estilo, últimamente me inclino más por los neutros que por el negro y el azul como solía hacerlo, y como pueden ver ¡estoy volviendo al rubio! Como que sentía que en realidad soy más rubia que morena.

I got this dress from WWW on my last trip to LA, I really like their clothes so I try to get something from them everytime I’m in the States, I like the fit and the quality of the fabrics they use. At first I thought it was a bit too much, but then I thought, what the hell, have fun with it, so I ended up getting this and a black one that I’ll show you on another post, and I’m so happy I got it, I’ve gotten many compliments and it is one of those pieces that brings joy to my life.
Compré este vestido de WWW en mi último viaje a LA, me gusta mucho la ropa de esa marca y trato de comprar algo de ellos cada vez que voy a Estados Unidos, me gusta el fit que manejan y la calidad de las telas que usan. It’s a new week and today I want to share another one of my looks for New York, this is what I wore on day two, my Who What Wear dress with some slides I got from Bershka, they were surprisingly comfy to walk around in all day long, on day two we went downtown to the world trade center and the village, soho and stuff, that is one of my favorite sides of the city if I’m being honest, I love those streets so so much.

So, dress over jeans is a big trend this year and I hadn’t managed to style a look sporting said trend, but I finally did and yay I’m so excited, especially cause I get to wear this AWESOME maxi dress with statement sleeves that I got from the Who What Wear Collection at Target when I was in California a couple of weeks ago, I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it and that makes it even cooler.
So anyway, I’ve been working on a new look for the blog so we have a new logo, that’s that, and also I want to let you know I’ve created an Instagram account where you can shop my closet, so make sure to follow it.

Los vestidos con jeans abajo son una tendencia muy fuerte de éste año y no había podido usar un look así, pero por fin lo logré y también pude usar este INCREÍBLE vestido de Who What Wear Collection que compré en Target ahora que estuve en California, me lo han chuleado mucho y eso lo hace aún más cool.

A summer stapple that’s never wrong? total white! I got this dress last week and I kinda feel like it’s gonna be one of my most worn pieces this season, I loved pairing it with my new slides, I thought black accessories were a good idea, so this is what I came up with.
Un look clave de verano que nunca falla es el blanco total. Compré éste vestido la semana pasada y ya siento que lo voy a usar un montón ésta temporada, me encantó la idea de usarlo con mis nuevos slides, y la verdad es que pensé que los accesorios negros eran una buena idea, entonces ésto fue lo que se me ocurrió.
