MY MINIMAL MAKE UP ROUTINE

Hey there! I haven’t been posting as many beauty things as I’d like, so today I’d like to share with you my makeup routine for an everyday look, and as you can imagine from the title of this post, is minimal, much like my style. So scroll down to find out more 🙂

¡Hola! No he estado publicando tantos posts de belleza como me gustaría, así que hoy quiero compartir mi rutina de maquillaje para un look de diario, como te podrás imaginar por el título del post, es muy minimalista, justo como mi estilo. Así que sigue leyendo para enterarte de más.

So on the left side you can see my made up face and on the right side you get to see my bare woke up like this face, I’ll show you today how I achieve this look with a minimal five minute make up routine.

Del lado izquierdo puedes ver mi cara ya con maquillaje y en el lado derecho mi cara desmaquillada, hoy te enseñaré cómo me maquillo en cinco minutos para éste look minimalista de no make-up make-up.

I start by curling my eyelashes twice with a basic eyelash curler you can get at any beauty supplies store.

Empiezo por enchinarme las pestañas dos veces con un enchinador súper básico que puedes conseguir en cualquier tienda de productos de belleza.

Afterwards I do my eyes with this 5 color matte eyeshadow palette on TAN KHAKI from L.A. COLORS, I apply the lighter color on my upper lid right below my eyebrows, then I use the second tone on my main lid, the third shade goes on the crease, the fourth goes on the inner corner of my eye and I use the fifth and darker one to line my lids, I use my finger to blend it all in, like a pro.

Después me maquillo los ojos con ésta paleta de cinco colores mate en tono TAN KHAKI de L.A. COLORS, aplico el color más claro (es como un tono marfil) en la parte superior de mi párpado, justo bajo mis cejas, después uso el segundo tono (un durazno) en mi párpado inferior, el tercer tono (nude) va en el párpado móvil, justo donde se hace el pliegue, el cuarto tono (un café medio) va en la esquina interna de mi ojo y de ahí difumina hacia afuera, el quinto tono, el más oscuro (café) lo uso para delinear por fuera, luego difumino todo con mis dedos, muy profesional. 

Next go my eyebrows with my BOLD BROW eyebrow powder from CITY COLOR on MEDIUM TO DARK, I just fill out all the spaces and gaps and try to shape them as best as I can.

En seguida van mis cejas con mi polvo para cejas BOLD BROW de City Color en el tono MEDIUM TO DARK, sólo lleno los huequitos y les doy forma.

Then goes the mascara on my upper and lower eye lashes, I’m using the Essence Maximum Definition Volume Mascara.

Luego va el rimmel en mis pestañas superiores e inferiores, actualmente utilizo el Essence Maximum Definition Volume Mascara.

For my cheeks I use NARS‘ blush in Orgasm, you know, a classic. I do it in a diagonal way, from the center of my cheeks towards my temples.

Para mis mejillas uso el blush de NARS en el tono Orgasm, ya sabes, el clásico. Lo aplico de manera diagonal, del centro de mis mejillas hacia mis sienes.

I use CITY COLOR‘s CONTOUR EFFECTS PALETTE and add a little bronzer to my cheeks over my blush, I also use the highlighting powder over my T zone and the top of my cheeks.

Uso la paleta CONTOUR EFFECTS de CITY COLOR para añadir un poco de bronceador en mis mejillas sobre el blush, esto con una brocha de abanico, también uso el iluminador mate en mi zona T sobre mis pómulos.

To top it all off I go with a matte lipstick in a neutral shade, I usually go for Runaway Hit from mac, but today I chose Honey Love from them as well. So that’s it, my make up routine 🙂

Para finalizar el look suelo agregar un lipstick mate en un tono neutro, usualmente me gusta el tono Runaway Hit de mac, pero para hoy elegí el Honey Love de ellos también. Así que ahí la tienen, mi rutina de maquillaje para un look minimal, natural y de diario 🙂
