Crazy weather outfit, I swear guys! I have a love hate relationship with the weather in this city, it’s cold outside so I have to wear a coat buuut if I put some tights on I’ll die from heatstroke.
Outfit para un clima de locos, ¡se los juro! estoy en una relación amor/odio con el clima en ésta ciudad, hace frío así que tengo que usar mi abrigo, peeeero no hace tanto frío, si me pongo unas mallas me muero insolada.
THE SLIDES
I got these from my grandmother, I think, they’re handmade leather babouche slides that I’ve seen everywhere this season, except these are about 20 years old, I think from Moroco. Don’t you just love them?
Me las dio mi abuela, creo, son babuchas de piel hechas a mano, las he visto en todos lados ésta temporada, pero estas tienen como 20 años, creo que son de Marruecos. ¿A poco no las amas?
THE HAT
I got this from my mom on my brother’s birthday, yeah I get gifts on my brother’s birthday, we’re special like that. I loved it the moment I saw it, it’s the perfect shade of pink and oh so cozy.
Me lo regaló mi mamá en el cumpleaños de mi hermano, sí, me dan regalos en su cumpleaños, somos una familia así de especial. Lo amé desde que lo vi, tiene el tono perfecto de rosa y es super calentito.
My beau and I had a date yesterday, he took pictures of my outfit, then we went for a walk, we stopped to get some ice cream, I got chocolate, he got something an old man would, dried fruit and nuts, or something, then we walked to the bookstore, I wanted to get two books, but I’m trying to stay financially responsible, so I ended up not spending money on books. After that we came home and snuggled on the couch under a cozy blanket (cause at sundown then it gets cold) watched Dracula and Silence of the Lambs, I fell asleep next to him.
Mi amor y yo tuvimos una cita ayer, tomó fotos de mi outfit, luego fuimos a caminar, nos paramos por un helado, yo pedí de chocolate, el pidió helado de viejito, frutos secos, luego caminamos a la librería, quería comprar dos libros, pero estoy intentando ser financieramente responsable, así que decidí no comprarlos. Después venimos a casa y nos acurrucamos en el sofá con una manta (porque aunque en el día hace calor en la noche hace frío) vimos Drácula y El Silencio de los Inocentes, me quedé dormida junto a él.
