Hey there my lovelies, I’m back with some style tips, so a lot of things happen during winter that aren’t ideal, our skin gets dry and patchy from so many things, the cold outside, the heat and dryness inside, most of us reduce our water intake, some up the alcohol intake; our hair suffers from the dry weather, especially if you live in a city like mine where there’s cold but no humidity, and from the hats we use which make it prone to breakage, split ends and damage in general.
Hola bebés, estoy de vuelta con algunos tips de estilo, muchas cosas pasan en invierno que no son ideales, nuestra piel se seca por tantas cosas, el frío afuera, el calor adentro, dejamos de tomar tanta agua, algunos aumentan su consumo de alcohol; nuestro cabello sufre con el clima seco, en especial si vives en una ciudad como la mía donde el frío es seco y no húmedo, y también por los sombreros y gorros que usamos que lo dañan y lo hacen vulnerable al quiebre y orzuela.
We also tend to overeat during the holidays and take working out breaks, and if you’re like me, well, we tend to pile on the layers to stay warm and toasty, so yes, we probably end up feeling:
