En México puedes comprar un refresco en una bolsita de plástico con un popote, creemos que así sabe más rico, ¿mi opinión? No es cierto, pero nos recuerda a nuestra infancia donde comprábamos el refresco así en la tiendita de la esquina o en la cooperativa del colegio.
I find it fascinating how something as simple as this can take a bunch of us back to our childhood and happier days, and for some of you it might not be a soda in a bag, but it can be a smell, the taste of some foods, a song, anything, and most likely it will bring back a happy memory.

I think I’d forgotten how much I love wearing total black ensembles, I got this faux suede set from Zara last week and I was dying to wear it, and I got to make the most of it now, cause once it gets warmer, it’ll be a no no!
Creo que se me había olvidado lo mucho que amo usar looks en total black, compré éste set de gamuza falsa en Zara la semana pasada y moría por usarlo, y creo que debo aprovechar a usarlo ahorita porque ya que empiecen a subir las temperaturas será imposible.

SPACE BOOTS OR WHY I REFUSE TO WEAR BORING CLOTHES
Is style something we learn? Is it on our DNA? These are questions I ask myself while I’m trying to fall asleep or as I’m in the shower washing my hair, but seriously, where does one get their style from? is it a family trait? how come there are people not interested in the least about how they look? how come there are people like me who fall in love with silver stiletto ankle boots and dare wear them in public?
And those who don’t wear statement pieces like those, what’s wrong with them? how can someone not open their closet doors and feel excitement about putting together today’s outfit?
I just, I don’t know, I love that feeling you get when you’re wearing an amazing and stylish outfit and you walk out into the world and just let the feeling of how good life is, and I’d love to share that with every person out there.
¿Es el estilo algo que aprendemos? ¿Está en nuestro ADN? Éstas son preguntas que me hago mientras intento quedarme dormida o cuando me baño y estoy lavando mi cabello, pero de verdad, ¿de dónde saca uno el estilo? ¿es de familia? ¿cómo es que existen personas a las que no les interesa en lo más mínimo el cómo se ven? ¿cómo es que existen personas como yo que nos enamoramos de botines de aguja en color plateado y nos atrevemos a usarlas en público?
Y aquellos que no usan prendas declaratorias como esas ¿cuál es su problema? ¿cómo es que alguien puede abrir las puertas del closet y no emocionarse por armar el outfit del día?
No lo sé, es sólo que, adoro esa sensación que tienes cuando traes puesto un outfit increíble y sales al mundo usándolo y de pronto te das cuenta de lo buena que es la vida, y la verdad es que me encantaría que todos pudieran sentirse así.

When I saw these trousers on Rosegal‘s site I fell in love with them, I really liked that they had that cutout detail on the bottom and waist and to be honest once I had them in my hands, they felt a bit daunting, but I decided to wear them anyway and I loooved them, they certainly caught a lot of gazes when we were shooting these, but I felt great in them, which only proves that sometimes we need to take risks with out fashion choices and step out of our comfort zones, we might be gladly surprised!
Cuando vi éstos pantalones en el sitio de Rosegal, me enamoré de ellos, me encantó que tuvieran ese detalle tipo deshilado en la parte de abajo y en la cintura, pero la verdad es que ya que los tuve en mis manos me dieron miedito, igual decidí usarlos, y ya teniéndolos puestos me encantaron, sin duda alguna atrajeron muchas miradas mientras estábamos tomando las fotos, pero yo me sentía encantada con ellos, lo cual sólo prueba que a veces hay que arriesgarnos un poco más en nuestras decisiones en moda y salir de nuestra zona de confort, pues nos puede traer muchas sorpresas.
